Our Menstrual Cycle Holistic Health Coaching is designed to teach you everything you need to know about your body’s rhythm and give you the tools you need to flow through the different phases without any issues. We help you heal recurring cycle related symptoms and we give special focus to issues like PMS & PMDD, as they are some of the most common ones that impair everyday life.
The main areas of focus are balancing hormones, reducing inflammation in the body, ensuring proper nutrition for each phase of the cycle, tailoring exercise to your body’s needs on each phase, navigating emotions, reducing stress that shows up due to hormone fluctuations and managing interpersonal relationships and career life, as they relate to all mentioned above.
